After completing her Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA) education at University Hospital in Düsseldorf, Eva worked in diagnostic microbiology in Aachen and Cologne for a total of 13 years. During these years she worked in different diagnostic departments, was assigned as a laboratory supervisor and produced microbiological demonstration materials for the microbiology practical course for students of human medicine. In 2020, Eva started her work in research in the laboratory of the Clinic for Geriatrics at Uniklinik RWTH Aachen and gained experience in cell culture with human primary cells. Eva has then joined our group in January 2023.
